​Tooley Garlic has been trialing 11 different garlic varieties since 2015, culled and eliminated 5 garlic varieties in 2021 than started to bulk up the remaining 6 garlic varieties in 2021 planting season. In 2022, Tooley Garlic is now offering for the first time to the public these garlic varieties.

Australian Garlic  Festival Variety, Creole Garlic group. Good sized bulbs for type up to 60mm diameters. Obtained from Tasmania this garlic has white outer skins 9-10 outer & 3 inner purple cloves of good size and has a mild to hot flavor with  delayed extreme heat.
